Ideas worth sharing that never saw the light of day

Taking direction from Kobo’s Mission Document, but adding some relatability and humanization for the customer's benefit, this concept is an approachable and inspirational page. We focus on what makes us different from our major competitor, instead of solely listing our features, products, and benefits. This page features more personality, more casual language, and is focused on being attractive to the reader.

Background

This concept was created in collaboration with the UX Team to ensure the content and layout are up to standards and in accordance with UX best practices. We are introducing and proposing new elements to help our customers navigate the landing page. I was looking to implement animations that make the experience seamless and easier to digest.
